As a beverage: Mix it into hot water for a tea, or blend it into your favourite smoothies and juices.
How to Prepare Your Soursop Powdered Tea
Making soursop tea is pretty straightforward! For a 250ml (about 1 cup) serving, a common recommendation is to use 1 teaspoon of soursop powder.
If you prefer a stronger brew, some people use up to a tablespoon, so feel free to adjust to your taste.
- Boil 250ml of water.
- Add your chosen amount of soursop powder to the hot water.
- Stir it well.
- Steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain if you like a smoother tea, then enjoy!
Keep in Mind
If you’re new to soursop tea, it’s best to start with a smaller amount, such as half a teaspoon, and gradually increase it as you become accustomed to it.
